Although fruits and vegetables have been traditionally regarded as the best dietary source of free radical fighting antioxidants, a recent report by the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) in the Journal of Agriculture and Food Chemistry revealed that common kitchen herbs have higher antioxidant activity than fruits and vegetables.

So, to your pantry and garden then for good taste, nutrition and well-being.
